pool area refreshing cocktails delicious food soft pillows temperature control missing receipt
The pool and bar were fantastic. Shin and Jaoka took great care of us. (I really enjoyed my time.) I especially loved the refreshing cocktails and smoothies. The Pad Thai was delicious!
Pillows were too soft for me. The AC remained at 21 degrees and I could not adjust it. (I didn't sleep well.) I was asked for a deposit receipt I never got.

amazing location back entrance plentiful choices
This hotel has an amazing location close to the bts station. I could quickly access it through the back entrance. love at the front desk always helped me to figure out how to get where i needed using the bts and subway. breakfast was heavenly!!! new greeted me with a big smile, and the choices at breakfast were plentiful. there was a special juice shot every morning.
i asked the front desk for a baby's food but they only stuck by their menu. they weren't willing to accommodate, very disappointing.
